I was born in England, raised with a modern British BBC accent in the USA, by parents who were both lawyers.
I experienced first-hand how my accent and my confident use of English passed onto me by my upbringing gave me advantages in business with networking, making more money, being respected and offered more opportunities ⌠even over my American friends and colleagues.
